Recent incident good customer service

Recent incident. It was all positive and people helpful. But it did take me hours to upload documents and I felt a little overwhelmed with the process due to computer and technology and photos uploading 3 times with many emails and links etc but on the very positive side it all sorted in good time. Value for Money and Reliability Car Insurance

I originally signed with One Call insurance following a DUI (which I am very ashamed of). They were happy to insure me and I didn't have to pay an outrageous amount, in fact, the insurance was lower than the year before with my previous insurer! Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
