Great Service

Sane insurance

After a minor incident in a parking lot (my fault admittedly) resulting in zero damage, the other driver tried to pull a fast one. Instead of just capitulating and paying out (which would have damaged my 9 years NCB and pushed up my premium), One Call listened to my side of the story, investigated properly (at time and places convenient for me) and resolved the problem with the least amount of stress for me.
