Car insurance made easy

I have been with one call car insurance for several years and their service has been excellent. They asses my needs yearly and I always get a great deal and good price.. With prices going up all the time I believe I get the best deal on my policy.They inform me weeks before the due date about my policy and when I am expected to pay which is handled by them which is good especially when I'm on holiday and I know that I'm insured the next time I drive my car.The policy details are easy to follow and readily available on line.When I had to make a claim for windscreen damage it was handled promptly with no fuss.A great service from one call. Great Company Great Cost!!!!!!!

Always a great response to any query and with the upmost of time. Never waited more than 5 mins to get my problems solved. As a negative the salesperson will always try and get you to spend a little more on various policies but will always politely stop when I let them know I'm fine. User Friendly

The online experience is very good. Easy to navigate and find policy details and able to change details too. Used a comparison site to try to get a better deal but One Call we’re still much cheaper for the same level of cover. Recommended. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

Efficient, straightforward

I've been with OneCall car insurance for over 5 years, renewal always straightforward, easy to access documents through "portal", recently my car broke down, I had breakdown cover included in my annual car insurance, took less than 15 mins to arrange recovery, car now back on the road.
