Having looked for other car insurance One call has come out as one of the cheapest and the best value for money. I have recommend to other people to get a quote for there insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Extremely efficient service

Had to change my car insurance over the weekend as I had brought a new car and with it being a bank holiday i was dreading having to do it as I thought that it would be virtually impossible, I went onto the website and I was amazed at how easy and fast it was to navigate the site and do exactly as I wanted, I was really pleased with the outcome and I would definitely recommend and use this company again as they are reasonably priced too. If it was easier to make contact

Like many insurance companies always happy to take your money but not so keen to communicate. Don't monitor their FB page or messaged service. When you give them feed back they don't seem interested in following it up. They then ask you to vote for them with a chance of winning £1000 ! So that's obviously got nothing to do with the service they provide. So come October I'll be doing a carful search for an insurance company I can make contact with easily instead a chatbot or an online service that sends you around the houses before you can eventually talk to someone. Positively perfect in every way

Great vie for cost and excellent customer service. When my card had lapsed without me realising meaning they couldn't take payment they called me to let me know making sure I wasn't without insurance. This has not been my experience with other insurers. Feel reassured they will always go the extra mile. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
