I've been with one call for a considerable time. Whilst I have been lucky enough not to have to call upon them because of an unfortunate incident. I have had to call on them for other reasons, change of car etc. The customer service I have received has been exceptional, always happy to help, always happy to explain anything. Easy to use insurance

Easy to use company, good customer service, deals with any problems well and gives good advice, good prices and excellent benefits available, never had any problems with them and if I did the advisor would always sort it out. Great service, easy transition, no complaints at all

The customer service received from One Call has been amazing, thankfully I haven't had to make a claim but the transition from my old insurance company was seemless and easy. Straight forward service

I have been with One Call for several years and I have had other family members be apart of this insurance. I am grateful for the three year fix I currently have, something I could possibly get cheaper but would have to shop around every year.
