I recently suffered a breakdown and one call answered my phone call and had my vehicle recovered and returned to my home within 45 minutes. The person on the phone was very helpful in guiding me through the claim process taking all the stress out of the situation. Reviewed on: 24th September 2024

Competitive insurance cover, easy to contact.

We have had our car insurance through One Call for well over 10 years. It is easy to speak to an advisor which is important as we are elderly, whoever we speak to is always friendly and helpful and patient if we need to ask questions about our cover. The prices are always competitive and most of the time I don't need to do anything at renewal, though I do search to ensure that I am getting value for money. Reviewed on: 24th September 2024
