Great customer service

As a lady in her twilight years, not always confident with online nuances I rang to check if my car insurance was renewed I had a lovely chat with a young girl who patiently talked me through everything great company. Reviewed on: 18th October 2022

Hassle free

One call made it easy

Car insurance claim

I have recently had to call upon my insurance for the first time in over 30 years of driving and have found that it was straight forward to make my claim and that they picked it up and have dealt with it in a timely manner. Whilst having to wait on hold for your call to be answered, I did however find that the call handlers were patient and kind. The webchat is the best way to contact them I found. Had a bump and they sorted it

One Call all the way

One Call is one of those rare companies that cares for its customers They answer phone calls/emails, sort out problems and show loyalty to their customers. I have only had car insurance where the company increases their yearly quotes and lower the benefits untill One Call!
