One Call are diabolical. Do not use.

One Call are diabolical. Do not use. My car was stolen 8 weeks ago. After numerous phone calls, emails and live chats, I am still waiting for my claim to be settled and paid into my account. I have constantly been batted between departments, told they’re still waiting for their engineers and managers to finalise the claim (which was drastically low), have been told it would be completed and paid into my account on Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and now up to a further 48hrs. Whilst this has been happening One Call would not allow me to drive another car under 3rd party (even though I’m fully comp), would not give me temporary insurance, and only gave me a hire car for 2 weeks which was still 3 weeks late getting to me. One Call have left me without a car and no way to get to work or do the school run for over 6 weeks. One Call have completely failed me, even though I have paid them (and have been told I need to continue paying them) until the claim is settle. I’ve had to pay for additional hire cars and insurance through other companies out of my own pocket. I have asked to raise a complaint, they said I would get a response in a further 3 weeks. I can not warn people off One Call enough. The service is beyond diabolical. This whole sage has been a nightmare from start to, seemingly never ending finish. I do not usually leave reviews but felt in necessary to share this horrendous experience. I can only hope no other customers have the same experience as I’ve had. Stress free for the last 5 years

Very competitive, with no alarming renewal costs for the next year, this means I do not have to spend time looking for a new policy for the next year which is a huge relief. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
