Appalling communication system

There is virtually no way to talk to a person with this company. however, i did manage eventually and, they couldn't help "wrong department". To change my cars insured value took 2 1/4 hours on 'chat' and a 15 minutes on the phone plus, in excess of an hour in call queues, sent to wrong department, contradicting info from people in the same department; people not understanding the reasoning. Beware of difficulty in removing Auto renew. Never again!! Huge sympathy for staff behind the chat system!! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2021

Great value insurance and their people have always been very helpful and friendly.... When you can speak to them! The only reason it's not 5 stars is that they really don't want you to call them! (via chat, which is extremely long winded and annoying!). Reviewed on: 23rd September 2021
