One call

The service is second to none. The insurance was easy to set up and fully informed as I went along. Every month I get an email to remind me that my premium will come out of my bank on a certain date. Fantastic Company . Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

At NHS car park car was under water

Last year as I was at work there was a thunder storm. The car park where mu car was under water after 7 minutes. There was over 100 cars damaged that night . One Call insurance customer service operator was so helpful she couldn't believe her ears what I was saying the nice lady went on the Internet and she was so shocked help . As soon it was save my car was lifted out of the car park inspector went out a few days later . I received a curtesy car for a few days as the inspector made a decision to write of my car off . It was so quick and the staff was so helpful made you feel so relaxed through thus stressful time. Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

One call insurance are the best!!

When I first joined one call car insurance I did it online and got myself in a mess,this was noticed by one of the team and they rang me and helped me with filling in the forms, she helped me save so much money and I'm truly grateful for the help and support they give.
