Excellent service and pricing

I had an accident last year so I was dreading getting the renewal price, particularly as One Call, and their Claims branch, dealt with my claim so sensitively and efficiently. I really wanted to renew with them, but if it was going to be greatly more expensive I just wouldn't have been able to afford it. Luckily, the new price wasn't a great deal more, and when I phoned up about it they were able to give me a discount which made it a good deal for me. I also like that you are able to phone the company and speak to a human being, and not try to communicate with a ChatBot. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025
