Excellent customer service

The customer service is excellent, only snag is the renewal quote was a little high, but after speaking to one of their team it was adjusted and I was happy with the quote. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Recent renewal was ok

Recently agreed a renewal price for Car Insurance with One Call. I had not received any renewal information and was unexpectedly charged for insurance a week before the renewal date. I could not access the renewal information on the online portal (not sure if a glitch). The only thing I could access was the schedule, where the price was listed as much cheaper than the one I was actually charged. Pro is that this was sorted out quickly after using the online chat facility, and I was refunded the additional money, so that the price I ultimately paid was competitive. Excellent service and competitively priced product. This is shown by the fact that I continue to insure my car with them, despite comparing prices with other insurers.
