Loyality counts for nothing with One Call

Was in a NO FAULT accident 14/10/24 , van was scrapped, one call kept taken a further 10 monthy payments , This was a year ago still having received no updates on receiving money back, also would not give me enough for a like for like van. Was a loyal One Call customer for years.. NOT NOW. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
