Exceptional Customer Service

The lady I spoke with was very helpful as I needed to make some minor changes to my policy before renewing. Sadly, I don't have access to my laptop at the moment otherwise I would have mentioned her by name. I will be in touch again soon as my poor little car is going to scrapyard heaven (16 yrs) so I'll need to sort out insurance for a replacement car. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been with One Call for over 3 years and ive never had a problem with them. The insurance is second to none on price and I'm always telling people to try them. You get free roadside assistance too. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

I was surprised that my car insurance premium was lower than I had expected. I had had approx 20 years no claims bonus, followed by a period of approx 10 years when I did not own a car and had therefore lost my no claims bonus. However, my premium was very reasonable and I have renewed my car insurance with them on four successive years since then. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
