Good Customer Service support .... !

Paid online and didn't expected a follow up call from a most helpful lady on the phone whom proceeded to go through all the service's for my car that I had ticked. My over all experience with one call has been a pleasure. I must say it has been a positive experience for myself. When my car was damaged they couldn’t be any more helpful. One call were very clear with me on what instructions to follow and with what I was to do. They explained in depth when they were collecting my car. They collected it from the correct location and time they told me they would. They also gave me a reliable courtesy car which was very handy for myself getting me back and forward to work. I made the right decision to keep my policy for another year with them because I’ve had zero issues or concerns with the company. I would say it has been an absolute pleasure being insured with one call insurance and would like to thank them for my excellent experience! Reviewed on: 4th September 2025
