Aggressive upselling.

Aggressive upselling. I had numerous phone calls pretending to be interested in checking my cover, when in fact they were just wanting to upsell the breakdown cover. They would not accept my refusal & continued to argue bullying me into changing my mind. Reviewed on: 7th August 2025
