I’ve been a customer for several years. I’ve phoned once or twice and always had very good responses from the telephone agents. I feel the personal contact and also that I am not locked in for a long contract time is what is attractive and worth paying a little extra for Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

only means of contact for buying / renewing cover is via on line chat which at times can involve long waiting times. Telephone contact not available.
