we needed a revised renewal quote for our car insurance policy. Used the One Call Chat service which was very easy to do. EW3 was assigned to chat with me and he was very helpful and provided an updated quote which included the information I had previously omitted. The price was competitive and we agreed to proceed. Great service and value

The Auto renewal upgrade to platinum was a bonus, meaning I have more flexibility at a lower price. The customer rep Becca also sorted a better quote for my wife’s car on the same deal, so not multi car but both in the same place giving much better flexibility. Reviewed on: 6th August 2025
