When my car bonnet flew open without warning whilst...

When my car bonnet flew open without warning whilst I was travelling on a busy motorway One Call were very quick to respond and took me to a safe place before taking my car to be reviewed. They were always polite and helpful when I spoke to them and provided me with a courtesy car whilst my own was being assessed. It was deemed to be too costly to repair so was written off. I was told where it had been taken so that I could retrieve my belongings and personal number plates. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2025
