Burst tyre

I called One Call when I had an incident involving a burst tyre. They handled my case quickly, initially, before passing me on to the actual insurer, where sadly things went downhill. Held in a phone queue for ages with an elderly mother in a dental waiting room and a failing phone battery, I eventually took up the dentist receptionists advice and contacted a local tyre firm who came speedily and sorted my tyre issue which was my best option, given my £300 excess, as the cost was significantly less than that. Been with One call for many years for car insurance.

Been with One call for many years for car and household insurance, every year I always check to make sure they are not overcharging me only a few times I’ve had to phone them because they were slightly out with there quote but they always match another company. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
