Best value & Service

Been with One Call for many years for both my car insurance and my house insurance, best cover for both and always the best value for money.Helpful that you can still speak to someone and get more info if required especially when your older, like myself!!! I contacted One Call about my invitation to renew my...

I contacted One Call about my invitation to renew my car insurance. I was concerned that the price was quite a lot more than first the previous year. The lady I spoke to was really helpful. I am an OAP so sometimes find it hard to hear and understand what is said. She was very patient and was successful in not only getting me a reduction on the original quotation but also helped me alter my credit card and gave me clear explanations at every step!
