Scammers, one click away.

I bought bike insurance from One Click, and after my insurance agreement was complete; bear in my mind, I never missed a payment or was a payment late; my direct debit mandate was obviously cancelled, One Click had the audacity to go into my bank account and take money from me. One Click justified this by saying I have to prove I have insurance, because it's illegal to ride without insurance, and therefore, will continue to remove money from my account until I 'prove' I'm not riding my bike. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!! Bikers beware. One Click, regardless of a DD will remove money from your account without authorisation, because not only are they an insurance company, they are also vigilantes, taking payments to make sure no one does anything illegal. What's next? Taking money from my account for my TV License, just to 'make sure' I'm not watching the BBC illegally? ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They also have not honoured my NCB. After I no longer wanted to insure my bike, One Click, have decided not to honour my NCB, therefore, I will loose my no claim bonus to continue on my other bike. Shocking insurance company. And, to top it off, the money they stole from my account, they're not going to refund me. This company must be run by children because their actions are out of a lack of maturity. Pathetic. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025
