Dealing with a query

I had an online chat today over a query with my motor policy. The agent who dealt with this was Tara J (TJ2), who answered my query and was very clear and on the ball. i used the online chat option within the portal to discuss my renewal options with user HH2, Holly was very helpful and found me a more competitive option and walked me through the renewal process and answered any questions i had along the way. very good service, thanks.
