never made a claim in the last 20 years. ALL A SCAM

I have never made a claim in the last 20 years. I had occasion to make a claim for damage to my roof and bedroom ceiling after a terrific thunderstorm The assessor were very uncooperative and negative They did not attempt to visit my property to assess any damage. I complained and received a goodwill gesture of £100 without any communication that it was to be paid. This indicates to me that it’s admission of wrongful decision I have been left £3500 out of pocket although I have fully paid my insurance You must have insurance but it’s all a scam. NOBODY IS LISTENING It would be good to receive some feedback but I know I won’t Reviewed on: 10th July 2026
