I have difficulty in using the portal, it is very frustrating. I do prefer to speak to someone, but I did live chat withDJ2 And got the help I needed. I’m nearly 75 and my eyes can’t cope. I asked therefore for paper copies and DJ2 said no problem so that’s fine. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Great company!

This my second year with one call, they are just so simple to deal with! And despite the premium being low and coming out via direct debit I always get reminders telling me when it will be taken so I just find them a very mindful, simple company to deal with. Reviewed on: 30th September 2024
