Do not use one call insurance

Absolutely disgusting company, house insurance rising from £28 per month to £81 , didn't see the renewal email, see the first payment and tried to cancel but refused without a massive fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! Reviewed on: 29th December 2023

Unable to contact them

There are no phone No.s No email address the "customer portal" chat line isn't working, they have renewed my policy which I can't cancel because I have no means of contact Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

Very poor customer service

DO NOT BUY Customer Services is the poorest I have ever encountered no telephone support chats takes over 30 mins for a reply then passed on to wait for another 10 minutes still took autopayment even after I stopped it weeks before nightmare to receive refund Reviewed on: 27th October 2023
