Renewed again for third year running, reduced my premium on phoning and staff were extremely helpful, engaged and very polite and kind and I was impressed within all aspects of my telephone conversation. I have not claimed on the policy yet but all eventualities seem very well thought out and I'm sure that in the event I needed help OneCall would provide it. Excellent Company.
