Not very helpful at all!

Had two policies with one call. Tried to change one but online portal would not allow this, so tried online chat. After 40 minutes and no help, except "please do it yourself on our website" I cancelled the policy to go elsewhere. Be careful, cheap does not also mean good service. Very Good quotes and support

I have motorcycle insurance and two car policies (one is my wifes car). Simple to access, online chat or phone call, all very easy. Even for an old 64 yr old like me. Reviewed on: 28th September 2022
