Easy pleasey

Very easy to navigate on their website, clear and concise. Easy to download documents and great Comms. And overall great value for what you pay for. Would recommend to friends and family. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Welcoming friendly service and fantastic value for money

One call was able to provide me with fully comprehensive cover and far exceeded my previous insurance provider in terms of additional add ons at no extra cost. I saved £450 by switching to One call insurance. Their customer services were very friendly and did not try and sell me anything that i didn't need. Good value but communication not always easy

I was very impressed with the price and the cover of motor insurance and the ease of setting it up. However, I found it difficult to get in touch when I needed to cancel the insurance when I sold my car. When I finally managed, the service was very good and efficient -except I felt I was overcharged as I received no refund for the remaining 8 months left on my insurance.
