Good experience with total customer service

The one main thing that is evident to me is easy access to any requirement I may have. The one call app allows me to view particulars in my policy, make changes and get information on other policies available to me. Another is the option to auto renew my policy or decline, In the past I've never seen that to be a option. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Highly Recommend!

I did a like for like quote using moneysupermarket.com as my insurance renewal was due and One Call came out tops for everything… cover, customer satisfaction and cost. They also offered me £40 off my renewal next year if I took out another insurance through them, which none of the other companies did! Will definitely use again! Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
