Proactive

I’ve been a supporter of One Call insurance for a number of years. I’ve always found them fair on price with up dated information and an easy to use website. On the odd occasion I’ve contacted they are efficient and eager to sort out the problem. Documents forwarded online and site easy to use. Overall a satisfying experience and good on the pocket. No-nonsense, fair insurance!

OneCall is an insurance provider that listens to the customers' needs and budgets. The customer service advisors are sympathetic, polite and efficient; taking the time to tweak policies to fit both need and budget; matching and often bettering like for like quotes. nothing more to say, but disappointed the renewal invite didn't get sent to me. Pleased that customer service followed up with a courtesy phone call, which successfully enabled me to renew, but disappointed no letters were sent out and i didnt get the chance to shop around.
