Efficient helpfully easy

Really gone downhill

Really don’t bother if you want home contents insurance. You can only now “speak” to someone via their web chat option as they have removed the option to call and speak to someone and it takes forever to get someone to “chat” with. They then don’t answer your questions but instead palm you off onto another company. Gave up on getting a quote and went with another company instead. I currently have car insurance with them but I will be changing that asap. Such a shame as they used to be really helpful but now they only want your money without actually having to deal with you. Low cost for high cover

Renewal complaint

I received my renewal quote which when I worked it out had risen by 30%. I called customer services and questioned the cost rise, as I hadn6made any claims, nothing had changed in my circumstances and no convictions. The very helpful agent looked into the new quote whilst I was still on phone and came back to me very quickly with a new quote at same price as previous year and also upgraded me to premium customer which resulted in that new quote would remain fixed for a 3 year period. Obviously I was very happy with this, but also the way my complaint was handled not only in a friendly manner but very efficiently. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022

Best Car Insurance Company around
