Great insurance that values loyalty

Think the fact that one call values loyalty is a big draw as to why I say. My guaranteed premium means I can budget as in these tough tiMes every penny is accounted for. The only downside is having monthly certificates as I have to upload my insurance to claim mileage at work and if I forget to update I loose out. I wish it was still annual certificates. Poor communication

Poor customer service. Little or no communication with regards to claim. No urgency when you consider why insurance cover is used. Very disappointed. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
