Poor policy. Recommended by One Call broker.

Had garden furniture stolen. Contacted One call who we used for house insurance. Was directed to AGEAS who they say was the insurer. AGEAS says the furniture was not covered under the policy. AGEAS blamed One call for not putting on policy. One call blame AGEAS. Loser was customer. Will not use One call again. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Outstanding prices that repay loyalty

Every year my premium reduces and they have at times matched a lower quote when their's was beaten. Can't fault that in an industry where they often raise it a year later. Have never made a claim to talk about how swift they are in that regard. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
