Not pleasant service

After a few years of using it, when hard times came (covid 19) and my finances deteriorated. The attempt to negotiate did not materialize. Besides, the consultant was very unpleasant and arrogant. I do not recommend to anyone Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

Excellent

I’ve been with one call now for a few years now and they have to be the best insurance company I have been with, excellent customer service, very polite and all round excellent. I’ve been with other companies before and they are always emailing or phoning me (which does annoy me) but one call just leave to it but if there is any problems with my account then they contact and we get the problem solved and I would highly recommend one call to anyone Reviewed on: 28th August 2020
