Great company!

I’ve been with partners credit union for many many years. They are very helpful. They also suggest ways of saving. If you need extra money, they do a great loan service with low interest and only offer an an affordable amount. You can get access to your account online to keep you updated or if you ever need to withdraw. They like you to have a monthly cash deposit from as little as you like, so you are always saving. The advisers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 17th May 2022

Easy to use, friendly staff

Partners CU have many times been a life saver for me. I have a revolver loan which is like an overdraft that you can withdraw up to your limit. Then when you pay back you can withdraw from again and again at any stage, it is so useable and flexible. Whenever I've needed to withdraw from it, it's a quick email, a friendly response and the money is in my bank. Recently I have had to apply for a loan due to my car breaking down, again a quick phone call to make sure I'm eligible , a simple online application, a friendly email to confirm details and all sorted. Fantastic customer service

I applied for loan online , I was unsure of the process. Within 1 hour customer service had contacted to help guide me through the application form .my loan was then paid into my account with out any problems. The customer service is second to none the staff are all so friendly and approachable, also very informative about the different products they offer. I would highly recommend Partners Credit union . I have been a member now for at least 25 years and from the very start this branch have been amazing .from start to finish , they have made getting a loan so easy ,they explain in full what I would need even go though the form with u if needed,....the over all service u get from the staff is excellent ...so thank you all again for your help over the years and May it continue Reviewed on: 24th June 2023

The help I have had from them over the years.

For over 28yrs, parents credit union has been there for me and my family, I raised my three children under them through schools and universities, they are very good with their customers very polite on phone or face to face, they will also help you to get what u want or gives u and other alternative methods, but u results will be positive.
