Really great service

Easy, simple process!

Poor Experience

Long story short I had set up finance with Payl8r to pay for some hair extensions I wanted. A month later I decided I didn’t want them anymore, and hadn’t had them put in yet anyways. Retailer said they will issue a refund but never did. Got in touch with Payl8r and considering they had my money and were continuing to take it, they weren’t willing to help me retrieve my money back after myself and the retailer had agreed on a cancellation of the contract yet the retailer was having difficulty finding out how to do this. It was only refunded after I provided evidence of the cancellation and after I had sent multiple emails to them asking for help. Other than this, my pleas for advice and help were ignored, and they were told they can’t do anything. They have no care or consideration for their customers, unlike Klarna etc. Payl8r are one to avoid! Reviewed on: 11th May 2020
