Excellent customer Service

It has been very easy to complete online transactions using paypal. I particularly like the different methods of payment which have proved very convenient for me depending on my purchase. One time the payment I made to paypal was not processed properly and thi resulted in me not contributing a payment at all on this month. Customer service contacted me. The person was very clear spoken, polite and raised the issue with clarity and without being persistent. I was very pleased and rectify the situation immediately. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
