Really not happy when I purchasing my pets@home items

Really not happy when I go to purchase items for my pets at home items it doesn't give me the option to have 0% interest for 4 months if its over £100 or doesn't give me the option for pay in 3 if its over £30 it just goes through as a transaction on paypal credit and I have to pay that balance first.
