One thing I like is the promotional offers (like 0% interest for a few months), which can be helpful if you manage repayments on time. However, if you miss payments or go past the promotional period, the interest rates are quite high, so you need to be careful. Customer service has been okay, but sometimes it takes time to get clear answers. Also, it’s important to keep track of your balance because it can build up quickly if you rely on it too much.
