I haven’t had any experience with customer service as of yet so I can’t comment on that. There are a few things I wish Paypal would do regarding their app. The app does not reflect payments in and out as soon as it’s made which makes it very difficult to track actual spending in real time. Good but watch the fees

PayPal Credit is easy to use and very convenient for spreading payments, especially for online purchases. The application process was quick and everything is clearly shown in the app. It’s useful for managing short-term spending and keeping cash flow flexible. However, the interest rates can be quite high if you don’t pay it off in time, and fees aren’t always obvious at first. It’s a good option if used carefully, but not ideal for long-term borrowing.
