Great customer service app needs a tweak

I’ve only had to speak to customer services once but in that occasion very understanding and issue was resolved within minutes. Excellent mobile app and way to approve purchases. Dashboard could be a little clearer and cleaner for the app Reviewed on: 1st July 2026

Probably the easiest way to find yourself in debt and hardest to get out of. They don't allow you to pay it off using a 0% card to try to get yourself out of the debt. They have offers for certain months but obviously once you've racked up a balance, the offers are null and void. Reviewed on: 1st July 2026
