Pay Pal credit great for our needs

confusing and slow.

It is very confusing, especially when you try to send a few payments to pay off your credit. One day PayPal balance transfers work, and the next day they do not. Also, when buying online and a transaction is declined or an error occurs, your bank provider still charges you for the transaction (not PayPal, but for example, Lloyds Bank). Definitely, the speed of PayPal transactions must improve. It is easy to buy but difficult to pay back, especially since some banks block money transfers to your PayPal account are annoying. Unhelpful customer service.

I had an issue previously when trying to top-up a mobile phone. I was charged but the top-up didn’t go onto the phone. I was told by an agent, rather rudely, that I could not claim as it is not ‘covered’. This should be made clear BEFORE making the transaction. I found the customer care and lack of help, very poor.
