Fast and easy to use with good customer service

Fast and easy to use and rarely have any issues. When I do, Customer Service has helped me resolve it quickly. I like how they are always coming up with new ways to make PayPal the easiest to use payment option, especially the new credit card option, which allows me to use PayPal credit in stores that don't have PayPal as an option for payment. Good safe way to make transactions. I have never spoken with someone from PayPal but it works and there hasn't been a need to. Even when an item hasn't being sent, we notify PayPal and they sort it out. Reviewed on: 13th July 2026

PayPal gives me confidence whilst shopping.

Without PayPal. I don’t think I would manage to buy goods. I have been a member for a few years now. I feel much safer using PayPal as it protects me from fraudulent companies.
