The payment option that comes when purchasing on external websites is fine but the website can be difficult to navigate. Paypal credit especially could be laid out more simple - it took me more than a year to realise and find that interest free payments had to be made separately to my monthly balance and i only found out by chance using a computer - something which i very rarely do. I recently had an excellent customer service experience and Nateus Santos whom dealt with my query was impeccable in dealing with my slight issue I had with my paypal credit account.
