Account issue fixed in under 10 minutes.

Had an issue with my account and couldn't apply for PayPal credit. Spoke to a rover friendly guy on their help line who took a look over my account. 9 minutes later I can now access PayPal credit and able to take up an amazing offer the PayPal and Sony had partnered for the launch of a new product range.
