The only time I ever asked them to step in and they... The only time I ever asked them to step in and they didn’t do anything to assist me, I tend to use Apple Pay these days instead of Paypal. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026

Perfect PayPal Purchase Power

I’ve now used PayPal for several years & appreciate the extra level of security I feel when using it for online purchases. I have also recently acquired the PayPal debit card which I also use on a daily basis & am enjoying accruing points which I can use for further purchases When I have experienced issues with any transactions, PayPal customer service has responded & resolved it to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service. As a rule, if a provider or service does not use PayPal, I do not purchase from them. Using PayPal gives me peace of mind with all my purchases. I would have given the referral feedback a 10 but I understand that individuals might have a different experience, for whatever reason.
