Quick, Helpful and Reassuring Support

I had a really good experience with PayPal customer support and wanted to share how helpful they were. I was unexpectedly charged for a subscription on one of my apps without any prior notice, and I was honestly quite upset because it was my hard earned money. I reached out to PayPal for help, and I’m genuinely grateful for the support I received. They made the process of raising a claim much easier and handled everything in a professional and reassuring way. Even though I didn’t get the full amount back, I was still able to recover part of the payment, which I truly appreciate. What stood out to me most was how supported I felt throughout the whole process. It made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with, and I’m really happy with the way PayPal handled it.
