I have found the 4 months interest free for purchases over £100 to be very useful. It's the main reason why I consider Paypal over other credit cards I hold. Since they issued me a physical card for Paypal credit I have utilised this a lot more. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

Peace of mind with PayPal

I’ve never had any issues with PayPal. The app is straightforward and if take pay in 3 or have credit account it so easy to repay or choose as an option when purchasing items, with PayPal more prominent on lots of websites as a payment option. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

OK but could improve.

PayPal is handy and does the job, especially with its credit options, that’s probably the best part for me. That said, the communication feels really impersonal and a bit robotic, like you’re just another transaction rather than a customer. Also, refunds aren’t very clearly shown on the user side, which can be confusing when you’re trying to track what’s going on. Overall, it works well, but the experience could feel a lot more user-friendly. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
