Great but few issues

PayPal credit is great, never had any issues but something I would change is being able to split credit and pay individually. I have some credit that has interest on it and some without but my monthly direct debit goes towards the full amount, no explanation of which one is being paid off first. Also need an option to change direct debit date as I'm stuck paying in middle of month every time Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Why Paypal is a top choice for me.

Easy app to use, clear payment option, excellent help from resolution center if issue with purchase. Just a great all round service. I also earn reward points when puchasing goods through my Paypal. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

From a uni student to a family man with a business

started using PayPal a very long time ago back during my university days i used to buy coach tickets using PayPal to visit home! one the coach was full so they didnt stop at Coventry, the back office for the coach provider declined to refund my ticket. i was able to raise a claim via PayPal and the claim was resolved. since then regularly used PayPal for payments in 3 and more recently the credit card feature. There loads of company out there that let you use PayPal but wish all of them did as a baseline as it make life so much easier and manageable. I now have a family with an 11 month old and paying in three payments really helps trying to run this chaotic household! don't know why a 6 month old needs shoes when they cant walk but i've learned to just say yes!
